Mash Notes
The mash varied greatly. In the middle of the tun, I was reading 154 at the start. At the outsides I was reading 147. 30 minutes into the mash, the center was 152 and the outsides were 144. I added 2quarts of water at 178 degrees at 30 minutes. Didn't seem to make much difference in the mash temp.
