Fermentation Specifics
Pitched From: Starter
Amount Pitched: 2 L
Lag Time: 0.00 hours

Primary Fermenter: Plastic

Original Gravity: 1.071 SG 17.28 Plato
Finishing Gravity: 1.018 SG 4.58 Plato

Mash Notes
We got a pretty horrid efficiency. We believe the issue is a bad crush. We had to use the mill at the homebrew store.

Fermentation Notes
After 1 month at 50, temperature was dropped to 35 in preparation for racking to secondary for lagering.

Tasting Notes
At 1 month in the fermenter, the beer tastes great. Maybe a little bit sweet.
